5. Intellectual Property
All products, modules, documentation, and content remain the property of Opencart-solutions and are protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction may result in legal action.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
Products and services are provided "as is" without any warranty. Opencart-solutions does not guarantee that the products will meet all your requirements or that they will be error-free or uninterrupted. Liability for damages, data loss, or business interruption is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Opencart-solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the products. Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product.
8. Termination
Violation of these terms, including installation of the module on more than one e-shop, may result in immediate termination of the license. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the product and delete all copies from your systems.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Opencart-solutions operates, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of this jurisdiction.
By purchasing, downloading, or using products and services from Opencart-solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these licensing terms.
